201 N CLARK CHICAGO is a 350,000-square-foot, 456 room hotel and mixed-use development connected directly to three adjacent properties via City of Chicago Ped-way.
Todd Halamka + Partners has been commissioned to design a new 24 story hotel at the northeast corner of Clark and Lake Streets in Chicago. The mixed-use project comprises a vertically stacked, business micro hotel atop a multi-story fitness center, hotel amenity spaces and ground floor hotel lobby. The podium retail includes a breakfast cafe while the hotel also provides a rooftop restaurant and bar atop the tower. Pedestrian access via the Ped-way connects the second floor to the office buildings to the immediate north and west, and to the existing residential building to the east.
