515 North Clark Street Chicago is a first of its kind, three-brand side-by-side high-rise hotel development consisting of a Starwood, Hyatt, and Marriott select service combination. With an emphasis on a guest experience focused on quality, good value, and choice, 515 North Clark Street presents three separate dining and front of house lobbies to hotel guests at the ground and second levels. Meeting and fitness amenities are shared at the basement level. Service for all three hotels is also shared and consolidated to a central location. Invisible to the hotel guest, this shared service program contributes to seamless, efficient, and simplified operations. Interiors in collaboration with Simeone Deary Design Group.
