LOTTE BUSAN MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT
The Lotte Busan Mixed Use Development is a 4 million-square-foot, 128 story mixed-use development competition finalist submission for the port city of Busan, Korea. Situated at the center of the commercial business district, the development includes 2 million square feet of Class A office space, 1.5 million square feet of world-class retail space, and .5 million square of hotel space. A symbol of Korea’s social and economic leadership in the Asia Pacific region, the design proposal contemplates the poetic Korean traditions of building to nature, of water and land, of silhouette to sky; transposed into the dynamic trade, shipping and commercial business market of contemporary Busan.
