SEAWOODS MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT
The Seawoods Mixed Use Development is a 6.5 million-square-foot mixed-use development built over the national railway Seawoods Station in Navi Mumbai, India. The Development includes 3.1 million square feet of Class A office space, 1.5 million square feet of naturally lit and ventilated world-class retail space, 1.4 million square feet of parking and support space, and a 520,000-square-foot naturally ventilated rail station. Extensive daylight harvesting is employed in both the retail mall and train station. On-site rain water collection and storage will contribute to both site landscape irrigation and building non-potable water supply. A symbol of India's modernization and unprecedented social and economical progress, the development is set to attract world renowned corporations along with millions of retail shoppers every year.
